I have a rich background of musical training. My Bachelor of Music degree is in harp and piano performance from the University of Arizona. I went on to complete a Master of Music degree and a Doctorate in harp performance at Indiana University. At the same time, I have traveled internationally, won numerous competitions and awards, and trained under some of the world’s most respected harpists. All these experiences have honed my skills, preparing me to deliver a truly exceptional performance at your wedding.1

Kristie was absolutely phenomenal in every single way. She was attentive to our different musical interests. We were by no means easy clients but Kristie delivered a setlist and performance that went above and beyond. At every step of the planning process she was communicative and open to suggestions. She sent us music she thought we might like just so we could review it and make an informed decision. Just incredible.
The processional I had chosen for the ceremony was one of a kind and Kristie played it perfectly. Nearly all the music we requested was either fairly complex or required learning new repertoire entirely and Kristie did just that. We were so thrilled and happy with the results.
All our guests and even our photographer were amazed we had a harpist and kept saying how wonderful she was.
We got married in Death Valley National Park at a remote location in the park and Kristie brought her harp all the way out to us! I couldn’t have imagined today without her.
Prior to the wedding I was an anxious mess and even though we were hundreds of miles away she provided encouragement over text. I felt confident knowing she would be the one performing for our wedding. She was an integral part of our day and I cannot recommend her enough!

We wanted songs that most people have not even heard of and she accommodated for everything and with not a lot of notice before our wedding date.
She communicated with me frequently, often times without me even being the first to reach out. She got on a video call with us and played each song which really just solidified what we already knew (that our day was going to have our personal touch through her musical styling). She even sent sheet music to our songs in advance.
The big day came, and she enhanced our experience even beyond anything I could’ve dreamed.She made our day. Her and her music is what me, my husband and guests rave about the most. I’d pay even more than what she charged because she is beyond worth it!

The Booking Process
The process of securing my harp music for your wedding is simple. On booking, I provide an invoice for a 50% payment, with the remaining balance due a week before the wedding. I believe in meticulous preparation, so I stay in close contact with my couples and coordinate with other wedding professionals to ensure the seamless execution of your event.
My (now) wife and I booked Kristie to perform at our wedding and the cocktail hour of our reception.
Kristie was a complete professional from the beginning. She invited us over to her condo to sample some of her music and then took the time to work with us to develop the list of songs that we would like played.
What really stood out to me, though, was that we never had to chase Kristie down for anything, never had to confirm our time a hundred times, etc. She made our wedding so much easier and was one of our easiest vendors to work with!
Kristie has the ability to play a wide range of music, giving you options regardless of your taste or occasion. She will even learn new songs for you.
Overall, I was very impressed and would not only hire Kristie again, but recommend her to everyone!

Within minutes she had called to talk. I didn’t want to ask too much from her as she would only have a week to practise brand new songs, however she insisted, even though she admitted they weren’t in her current repertoire, nor songs she even knew. During the call Kristie sight read the songs to me, which if you don’t know, takes immense proficiency.
